Always tough to get the eye on these gys, but you've done well with the exposure.
Nice shot een though he looks like he has stubby little legs

Great capture and plumage detail spot on. Make sure you get one in breeding plumage as the added colour will provide yet another aspect. (If you haven't already done so that is).

information required here, but the Spoonbills, I have shot down where I am, have yellow above their eyes....... are they different birds, or is it the difference between male and female
